• When purchasing items from Baseline Racquets online, you agree to these terms and conditions.
• Invoices will be sent to you electronically.
• To purchase items online you will be required to register as an online shopper and will have to choose a username and password. Please keep this username and password safe and private. Baseline Racquets will not be held liable for any damage or losses you may incur from the unauthorised use of your profile. You will be asked for your username and password every time you shop online with Baseline Racquets.

PRODUCTS & PRICING:

• All items on our website are subject to availability. If the item that you ordered is not available, you will be notified as soon as possible.
• Prices displayed on our website are in South African Rands and are only valid and effective in South Africa. The prices are inclusive of VAT.
• We reserve the right to discontinue or change the specifications of our products without notice.
• Baseline Racquets have done everything possible to accurately display the products in colour, description and price. Please note that the actual colour you see will depend on the device you use and we cannot warrant that your devices display of any colour will be exact. The prices displayed are subject to E&OE and may change based on rate fluctuations.
• Products on promotion may be subject to certain conditions such as stock availability and limited offer terms.

CANCELLATIONS:

• If necessary, you are able to cancel an order before it has been dispatched for delivery.
• If you need to cancel an order and the items have already been dispatched for delivery you will be held liable for the delivery costs and a cancellation fee of 10% of the items price.
• Refunds for cancellations will only be done once all items are returned to Baseline Racquets if they have been dispatched.
• If a cancellation gets processed by us, you won’t be liable for any cancellation fees.
