Baseline Racquets delivers during business hours (Mon-Fri: 08:00 – 17:00). There are no weekend or public holiday deliveries.
If delivery can not take place to the specified address, Baseline Racquets will contact the customer to make alternative arrangements.
When collecting an order in-store, please allow for a 24 hour lead time to enable the order to be prepared. Baseline Racquets will contact you if your order will not be ready within that time.
If upon receiving your parcel you discover missing item(s) please contact Baseline Racquets on 011 453 5005 or email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Use your order number and the title “Missing Item” in the subject line of your email.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Except for certain products such as Sports Bra’s, Socks, Underwear and Tights, you are entitled to return any purchased item within 30 days from date of delivery. Please see the returns procedure below.
If the item is deemed not to be defective; if there are faults/damage to the item due to normal wear and tear; or if there is damage caused from incorrect usage of the item, you will NOT be refunded or be allowed to repair/replace the item. You will be held liable for all costs incurred in having the item returned and redelivered to you.
Products that have been repaired, altered, or added to that have not been authorised by Baseline Racquets will not be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.
RETURNS TERMS & CONDITIONS:
If you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange it for another item, please make sure that the item being returned is in its original packaging with the original labels attached. To return an item, please contact Baseline Racquets on 012 460 2490 or email email@example.com with your order number and “Return” as a reference in the subject line. Alternatively, you can fill in the returns form below.
If the item is defective you will receive a refund or you can exchange the item for an alternative product.
RETURN VIA COURIER:
- Please make sure that the item is in its original packaging with the labels attached. Products must be unused and in the condition they were received.
- Send original delivery note that you received from the courier with the item.
- ALL shoes must be returned in their original boxes.
- Please ensure that the delivery box is properly sealed to guarantee safe return to Baseline Racquets.
- If you are returning items from different orders, please pack the items with the same order number together. Also ensure that the relevant delivery notes are attached.
- If the item was defective or the incorrect item was delivered to you, we will arrange for collection of the item. The courier service will contact you to arrange what day & time they will be collecting the package.
You are also welcome to return the item in-store in its original packaging with order number at hand and labels attached.

- Refunds will only take place once the returned item has been inspected and meets the Returns Terms & Conditions.
- Refunds will be made within 7 working days from date of Baseline Racquets receiving the returned item.
